"Our room was facing an interior wall and was subject to noise where folks would gather. Not what we expected."

"Good location, safe and clean enough but nothing fancy. Surfaces have been redone but some aging is still visible. Bathroom pocket door was very heavy and operated noisily and required great force as it was off the track. Elevator was dirty and groaned. Sofa bed was stained and grungy. Regular beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not abundant and breakfast seating was inconveniently across the lobby from the serving area. Lobby bathroom was down a storage hall."

"When I got to the room it was clean, but the light fixture beside the bed was damaged. After check in, .my room never got cleaned again and I did not like that, so I will not go back there..plus the door to the room had a gap and you can see light from hallway around the whole door. Smoke free place and a customer was smoking there daily"
