「What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance」

We stayed here about 4 years ago when under different management and were given a full tour of this beautiful, historic home, and had the most delicious breakfast in one of the reception rooms, a table for two. So romantic! Well, new management has stopped serving breakfast and there’s none of the feel of enjoying the reception rooms to sit and read or talk or take in the atmosphere of the olden days. 「Standard room for the price range. No frills but no major complaints either. For a free breakfast, I find it difficult to nitpick. The selection was diverse enough to allow most people to find a thing or two to enjoy. The single serve pancake machine was cool. I had never seen one before. Beds were comfy and clean.
