「#26 Loved the jacuzzi and real wood fireplace. The pool table in the basement was a bonus. Staff were all very nice. The fountains were useful to drown out the freeway and other noise. Breakfast was pretty good -look for the 1/2 servings of frittata. A bit dated and raggedy but cozy like visiting your favorite grandparents. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough but we would stay again! Location was so convenient.」

「The hotel was fine for the price. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress. our stay was very brief. We just slept there.」

「We stayed here twice. The first time the room was super clean- we were amazed. The 2nd time it wasn't quite as clean but still good. Our neighbors left a few discarded cans outside our front door at night and staff was slow in getting rid of them. A few towels had stains which were a bit disconcerting, but staff were very nice about replacing them. Over all we really liked the staff and found them to be very nice and helpful with great customer service. Breakfast was adequate, not great but...

「I really appreciated the free electric car charging stations. However, there were only two and there was demand for at least 4 or more. Also, there were not enough parking spots outside our room. It would be good to have had more information on where we could park if the lot was full. however, staff was great.」

「Abigail's is a lovely B & B and the hosts are quite accommodating. We felt very welcome in their home and were provided several amenities including a blanket and seat cushions for the play we attended in the outdoor Elizabethan Theatre. 」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」

「A lovely place to land. Beautiful Victorian with a garden to relax in. The room was so comfortable (even had a window seat) and the food was great. As was each member of the staff.」

「The floor wasn't swept from previous guests, cheap power strips hanging from outlets, Keurig was broke and soap dispensers barely eked out any soap. On the positive, easy parking, comfy enough beds, clean towels, good hot water pressure and cheap.」
