「Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces...

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
