「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「We LOVED the water slide - my daughter went down it and we basically had the whole pool to ourselves so it was like unlimited water slide. She had so much fun we will definitely be back. Shout out to Billy & Michelle. Rooms were clean and comfy and we loved the whole place.」

「A lovely quaint place to stay with great wine and kind staff - would absolutely recommend. Most rooms additionally have a separated sitting room away from the bedroom which is a nice thing to have. Plus the ground are gorgeous and wandering around at sunset is amazing!」

「It’s located on a winery. Pet friendly. Clean .heated pool. It’s located on a winery . Cute little walking path with a pond and alpacas on site. Did I mention it’s on a winery. Very quiet and peaceful when the winery closed. We had the whole property to our self. Will definitely return 」

「Really good value for a nice room. The breakfast could have been a bit better, they had good bagels but did not offer cream cheese. I would absolutely stay again for the price. The Mexican restaurant next door is fantastic and the staff at the hotel are very nice!」

「The room was super cheap so that was a plus. When we checked in we went to set out stuff down and there was makeup stains on the first blanket and hairs in between the main blanket and the sheet. Our pillows had a faint yellow stain on them. When we fully pulled back the covers to get into bed there was an old blood stain on the blanket. We didn’t bother letting The only staff member we seen and just used our own blankets and left early the next morning. If price is your only concern then this...

「This was such a peaceful afternoon and evening . Tge gardens are delightful and offer such quietness to the property. The room 22 was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been more inviting. We loved the room. The staff went beyond being helpful. I wish I’d have brought a bathing suit , I would have liked the mineral springs . Next time . Absolute wonderful !」
