"Staff was great. Facility was clean but dated. Was surprised that room access was from the outside. For safety purposes I prefer for people to have to either key in or pass the front desk to access rooms."

"The staff was very friendly. The courtesy free limo service to the casino was great. The free breakfast was good, however they should be individual packets of butter, cream cheese and jelly rather than everyone dipping into the same stick or jar. The cream cheese was kinda gnarly looking when we got to it. My biggest complaint is that although the room was nice and clean, it stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. As soon as you opened the door the smell hit you. This problem was the subject of conversion with others with the same complaint in the breakfast area this morning as well as in other posts that I've read. In today's age you should really consider being a smoke free facility. I would consider coming back, we really enjoyed the stay and the amenities, but you really should address the smoking in the rooms. "

"Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. Location was convenient. However, was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially for the nightly rate we paid. Stayed on the third floor in a double room and the sheets on each bed had old stains. Makes you wonder if housekeeping even has a process in checking if the sheets are actually cleaned prior to turning the room over. As you walked in the room, there were visible chip crumbs on the floor. Toilet had a ring in it too. Won’t be back, unfortunately. "

"Would never stay there again place needs up grading . Was very dirty . The first room they gave us it was a very windy rainy day and rain was driping in from window once i saw where it was coming from nothing but black mold . Got another room but that room the heater unit wasnt working to cool down the room . Room stayed at 70° then hot water in shower barely working all the furniture in the room had marks carpet was dirty. The tv in the room are so small."
