I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

Which was a harbinger of things to come. The TV didn't function in the room. The fridge and A/C were so loud that I had to unplug them. And the bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Next time, I will try my luck elsewhere.」
