「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. 「The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else」
