"No the parking didn’t feel safe. The entire building look run down. The rooms seem as if it was a halfway house. Comforter with large holes. Bathroom walls scaled of loose paint and just painted over. Morris screwed in place. Bathroom door chipped along the bottom edges. Desk chair worn that the inner foam is exposed. Pool dripping rust water off metal beams. Skylight patched with duct tape. No room service throughout our 3 day stay. Room HVAC system runs on one speed only. It’s clear that low income folks are forced to stay in a place like this. They deserve better respect. "

"We have stayed at this property several times over the years and have watched it decline to the point where we chose to stay elsewhere. I grew up in the area and return often. When I saw the property was rebranded under Wyndham/Ramada, I decided to check it out. The recent upgrades have restored the property to it's original calibre as a Holiday Inn and I will go back whenever I need accommodated there. They kept the lively sports bar, provide a light breakfast and was a good value overall. It is well located too."

"Parking was ok, lots of vehicles with the pool tournament going on. Room was fairly clean, good solid bed. Courtyard was grown up with high grass and weeds, didn't even look at the pool. The property needs a couple good maintenence personnel cause it needs a lot of work! "

"We used the hotel for family and friends after our daughter's wedding. The staff couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had anything you needed. We had access to a small party room, where we could all gather and visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel ."

"The bedding and towels were clean as were the toilet and sink. The room itself was very dirty with dirt and grime all over the walls and along the floor boards. The phone was covered in grime. When we plugged in our chargers, they either simply fell out of the wall socket or sparked when put into the plug. Numerous sockets could not be used at all including all of the ones directly by the bed. The lamp near the bed didn't turn on at all. The staff was friendly but odd. It appeared that they live there and multiple of them were hanging out in the lobby when not working. We had some issues with keys suddenly not working. They resolved it but it took some time and the entire issue was due to things the staff had done. The breakfast was not exactly what I would call continental. The "quality" in Quality hotels was simply not there. I would not return to this hotel if at all possible in the future."

"I've stayed in this hotel twice in the last three months. Initially, I liked it. It seemed to be the Cinderella option: there are more expensive hotels around, and less expensive hotels. Generally, it seemed, you got what you paid for: this hotel wasn't quite as nice as the more expensive options, and a little beat up in places, but the room, the bedding and towels were clean and comfortable; the breakfast was good and substantial; the staff was friendly and present. So, why am I not giving this place five stars across the board? Well, like I said: I expected to get what I paid for. The hotel advertised that they had an exercise room available. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and not some of the less expensive options nearby. Well, when I stayed there two months ago, I noticed that the equipment was broken. The stationary bicycle didn't work at all - it wouldn't turn on, and despite looking around for a few minutes, I couldn't figure out why (it was plugged in). The treadmill did work, but was set in French (so the speed settings were in kilometers instead of miles). I did a modified workout, and pointed these things out to the lady at the front desk when I checked out. She made a note. Two months later, I came back, and nothing was changed: not even a note on the bicycle saying "out of order." I still like the hotel, but the exercise room was the reason I chose it over another. The cleanliness was also a little less than before. I'm not sure I'll be back."
