「When checked I could hardly hear the receptionist. Went to room and took shower as after done entire floor was wet. Wondered why a pile of tile on floor with note to use on floor. New ceramic and sloped out of shower and not in drain. Bed sheets as you moved sounded like plastic. Breakfast you could not sit on wall benches as leather 3/4 wore off and no one using. Food or breakfast was fair and cereal was stale. Bathroom door had to keep close as you could hear water draining from floor...

Water was nice and hot and strong water pressure. I highly recommend this place. It was absolutely exceptional. Thank you for allowing a grrat night sleep on the most comfortable mattress ♡」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Upon check in I was provided with a small complimentary snack bag which was nice since I got in late and hadn't eaten for several hours. The room was spacious and clean. It was not noisy and the only unpleasant experience came in the form a few guests who decided the parking lot was the best place to get together and smoke weed and a nice young lady was seated right outside the door talking loudly to a...
