「Our stay was just a bit odd from the moment we arrived. First, when you enter the foyer, there are no directions as to where to go or what to do. To be fair, I realized later that the owners were messaging us through here, but still, we didn’t know if we should “help ourselves up the stairs” or not. But once we looked around downstairs and realized our room wasn’t there, we climbed the stairs. We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
