「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight peeve in that area is that there are steps up to the front desk, and nobody helped us lug our bags. The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and with a nice sofa. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. The balcony was a nice addition, even though there is a fair amount of auto noise. The bathroom was one of my few issues with the room at Vuestro. First, it's small.
