「I was highly disappointed when I arrived. The lobby was chaotic and extremely hot. There seemed to be some confusion about some rooms that a bus load of people were having regarding their reservations. 「We had a great stay here. It is a breathtaking property! I live in New Orleans and have never seen this much Spanish Moss in my life. The finishes in the cabins are gorgeous and the little backyard with a hot tub and string lights was awesome. The resident outdoor kitties were the highlight, though!」
