「We had a great stay at Holiday Inn this weekend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in Friday afternoon. There was a gentleman at the front desk who made check-in smooth and pleasant, though unfortunately I forgot his name. A special thank you to Madison in the food service area Saturday morning.
