"There was dirty underwear in the hallway which made me question the cleanliness of the hotel. I would’ve left had it not been the middle of the night"

"Room is clean, All equipment is good, they use the Dove brand for your cleaning. The mattress is really comfortable. The breakfast is awesome 👍."

"We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. "

"Every single staff person was super friendly and accommodating. Not a lot of shops and restaurants directly adjacent, but Hershey was easy to navigate and plenty of places to visit within a 5 minute drive. "

"Booked room that stated sleeps five people, that was not the case. The room had 2 double beds and that's it. After asking the front desk if this was a mistake with the booking, he explained that all the rooms are the same and all only have 2 double beds. Had to purchase an air mattress.. "

"I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty embarrassing). I thought there would be a gift shop or something but nothing. It's not a resort by definition, it's a nice hotel with a pool. Lots of conferences and events for professionals. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation. "

"We loved the pool & hot tub! When rain came, it was awesome to have a movie theater next door... and a great diner with fantastic staff! Beds are soft and vibe is nice."
