「We stayed 3 nights here and would have booked another 2 had we not come back to our hotel room dirty. Our first night we were having issues with the toilet flushing on day three the toilet actually backed up & filled to rim in the middle of the night. We were in the area due to a death. We had to quickly leave in the morning to head out, so we ran by the desk and asked to have new sheets put on one bed due to a child having an accident & we needed a plunger that our toilet was having problems...

「The clerks at the check-in desk were not helpful nor friendly. Their tone was rude and they were annoyed that I needed items (the TV remote batteries were dead and I also needed towels). Rude staff just makes the stay not enjoyable.」
