「The room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay, as clothing was found in the pull out couch and a cup were under the night stand. The bathtub had peeling paint inside, and the breakfast buffet didn’t have good options. Waffles were the only thing anyone wanted and it was a line to get those. 」

「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. 「My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back」

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」

「This is a brand new apartment complex and is very nice. Everything as far as checkin and checkout was super easy. The place was big and very clean. I do believe they could do better with furnishing more items as far as beach towels, maybe a couple of beach chairs, just things needed when you’re staying for a beach trip.
