「Clean room. Simple check-in and convenient location」

「The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room」

「First off the place is nowhere near like the pictures on the Internet. The place is rundown wore out dirty there’s people living on the property or staying long term and without judgement drug users… being in EMS can pick out fairly easy.. our room the tub would not Turn off all the way and constantly ran not wide-open but enough to where it should have been fixed the sink in the area next to the bathroom stayed stopped up you can use it to wash your hands and water would take hours to go away...

「Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay.」

「The hotel is situated in a busy intersection so we heard sirens all night. When I arrived, the lobby area smelled clean and the staff lady was very pleasant. The elevators smelled a little weird. Upon entering our room, there was a dead bug laying on the ac unit. The carpets were stained with normal wear and tear so probably needs a good deep cleaning. The nearby Ruby Tuesdays saved our late arrival with dinner which we carried out. It was so nearby that we walked just a few hundred yards to...

「I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「I reserved 4 rooms and all the rooms smelled like mildew. Carpet needed cleaning. TV did not work and sink was clogged up. All the bathtubs were horrible. Had to wear shower shoes in the tub. We stayed 2 nights and room service was unavailable for cleaning and replenishing the towels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return!」

「It is not bad. It is old Motel. Hotel room is not cleaning,and it is required to improve. There are microwave and samll refrigerator in room. If any the coffee or tea maker in room is better. The hotel site is close to No. 90 road and CVS store. Free wifi is good.」
