「Either Expedia or this hotel messed up booking. Both deny at fault but the reservation was confirmed so I cant tell you who is at fault. Still waiting for resolution. Hotel itself is a good position and nice lazy river.」

「I liked the large balcony. They didn’t have room ready for check in at 4. Pre checked in around 1pm and was told I would get a call when room was ready between 3-4. That didn’t happen. The lady that checked us in apparently did not have our card on file for the room. We got a text that they didn’t have our card after we ordered food and drink at the bar. 「It was ok for our short stay. Nice view of the beach. The entire area is bumper to bumper hotels along with traffic. If you enjoy crowds and noise this is for you.」

「Perfect proximity to the beach & having a pool also was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bathroom was a clean but a little run down. Definitely needs a new shower stall & trim redone. Was convenient to have the free breakfast and the made to order omelette station was awesome! The rest of the breakfast food was equal to what you would buy in a gas station. Packaged pastries, semi decent apples and bananas. Just not a lot else to offer! 「The newly renovated hotel is nice. The new pools are great. Easy access to beach. Food at restaurants is ok. Park side view is horrible, especially when there’s a big blue dumpster right outside window. Get a gulf view room. Parking is in Egypt and $15 to self park.」
