「We didn’t actually get to stay there because our flight was changed to due to bad weather and we didn’t buy the insurance for this stay. Neither the hotel or Expedia would allow us to change our reservation to the next night 」

「The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. Said she didn't know anything about the TV just shut it off and wait to turn it back on. I asked what we were supposed to do if it didn't work and she just kept saying she was the only one...

「The best thing was the dining & bar , the food was delicious & the staff was amazing.The room was horrible, stains on the furniture. The shower head was falling down.The shower needed replacing,old & full of rust. Room smelled sour and Full of mold when we walked in.Floors looked like their never been mopped or swept.Never would I ever book this hotel again.」
