"This is the first time I've stayed at a Drury that seemed very cheap. There was no lotion.... a hotel in the dry desert that doesn't have lotion as a basic amenity. No water in the room...I mean, there's always been two bottles of water. Breakfast was very basic. We didn't get the opportunity to get to the happy hour but I'm imagining we didn't miss much. "

"My complaint is centered around the fact that this property is listed as nonsmoking yet it is saturated with the smell of smoke, to a point we could not stay. I know I booked a nonrefundable stay but I would hope since we could not stay as my daughter has asthma and a 3 month old baby that a refund would be offered considering the circumstance. "

"The room had lots of chips out of the wall in my room, along with sheets on my bed were on inside out and the wrong size as they kept coming undone. The fridge did not work and there was waffle syrup smeared all over the window. The worst part was when I sat down on the bed and it squished down to the box spring!!! Definitely not worth the money!!!"

"Front desk was a little rude, not very welcoming. The rooms are okay, our bathroom felt dirty, shower had orange gunk stains inside, the floors did not feel clean. I would not sit on the couches, our couch in our room looked gross and greasy and white stains on it, i didnt want to put any of my belonging on it. Fridge was hidden in a cabinet, which we didnt notice til our 2nd night. Besides that, the hotel was in a great location, everything was near, the beds were comfortable. "

"We booked this hotel only because we wanted a nice pool during our 6 night stay as the weather was to be hot this past week. The evening we arrived we went to see the pool and it was fenced off with construction fencing and had no water in it. The sign stated it was closed for maintenance until the day after we checked out. We were very disappointed to say the least as we don’t gamble. We spoke with a manager and hoped they could offer some type of compensation however she just said there was nothing she could do for us. "
