"Please tell OH pool to keep music volume up. One day we went and vibe was so good with music, next day for some reason music volume was turned down and it was not the same. The following day music volume seemed to be back up a bit. For people just hanging at the pool to soak up sun and maybe have a drink, the music vibe is very important."

"Booked way ahead of time. Even called the day before to confirm and say that we would have a late check in. Tried calling the number for the airport pickup and it was only a busy signal for over 30 min. Texted and didn’t get a reply besides to call the same number. Ended up paying for our own Uber and arrived at the property shortly before 1am. When we went to check in we were told matter of factly that our reservation had been cancelled. I showed him my active reservation and he said that on his end it showed as cancelled. I asked why I did not get notified and he said he didn’t know. I asked for the reason and he said he didn’t know. He then said that there was nothing he could do because he was 100% booked up. When I asked to speak to the manager he laughed and said “it’s after midnight, he’s at home asleep.” I asked for the manager’s card and left and we spent another 30 min calling hotels for vacancy but everything was booked or double our price range. We needed up funding a motel 6 and we were told by our driver to get to our rooms quick and stay indoors.” We had a terrible experience and had no compassion from the man at the front desk. "

"The staff was great! Some areas needs some attention from ice machine( it was difficult to chisel away ice),plus one was broken the green pool for the whole week was not inviting to jump in. It was extremely hot in Phoenix so it understandable that the warm water was hard to maintain. Hoses were in/ out pool. The room- great tv, counters etc. but the AC was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot. The walls are thin as I heard the neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Our lock didn’t work in 2nd day but staff handled it and fixed it immediately. The Laundry area was convenient so that help. The best part is the location and price was awesome! Our favorite places to eat nearby was the Asian/sushi place in lot. Salads and Go and Delfalcos Italian on Scottsdale rd plus Dukes bar is great and Trevor’s Liquior store is a unique place. "

"The staff was excellent. Special attention needs to be given to Oshawa at the front desk who was truly exceptional. She was professional and thoughtful and provided tremendous customer service. She is truly a gem, and is worthy of recognition."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spring break, baseball and soccer tournaments going on and the hotel was packed. With that said, we had the most enjoyable time there. Pool and hot tub were great!!! Would highly recommend!!!"

"After driving for 13 hours I was excited to find a cheap option in phoenix. Pictures definitely fooled me… I walked in to my room and went to plug in my cell phone charger… was greeted by a trail of cockroaches running in and out of the baseboard. Thank god I didn’t unzip any of my luggage. Refund process was pretty easy thank god"
