"I guess I didn’t expect it to be like a motel. Doors open onto a breezeway meaning we have to leave the blinds closed so it made the room is very dark. Staff was quite nice and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do in the area. Very solid choice, but I wouldn’t call it a “resort” despite with the name says"

"My husband and I arrived early so asked if we could store our luggage. The concierge told us if we had IGH club numbers, we could check in early. We also noted the excellent location, close to a light rail station and access across the street to an enclosed hall leading to PHX Sky Train."

"This property was so unsafe and the room was dirty, I left and went somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I felt extremely unsafe to stay here and didn't want to stay overnight. It was extremely loud, the room was on the ground floor, there were drug addicts and loiterers everywhere. Located in an unsafe part of town with no gate blocking outsiders from coming onto property. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom and on the toilet paper roll. DO NOT STAY HERE. As a solo female, I would never stay in a sketchy place like this. The website and Expedia made it look like a "hotel" when it is actually a "motel." This is false advertising. And the pictures listed of the outside are misleading as well. HIGHLY UNSAFE AND DIRTY.
