"Room was quite outdated, chipped paint and some mold on the shower, found old water bottle under a bed. Pool was in poor condition and disappointing for kids. Breakfast was good."

"The first room we were given had a faulty outlets that wouldn’t work, had a moldy smell, no towels and the pool had ducks swimming in it. Staff was polite but just said it’s an old place when I asked questions. They didn’t share any WiFi password. The second room was clean and had a better smell. The key fab was also old and twice we had to go to front to get it reprocessed to get into our room. The resort also did not have hot water on the 3rd morning of our stay. Had to take cold showers. I asked about it and was just told it was being fixed. I would not recommend anyone stay. They don’t compensate you with any kind of a credit. The air conditioning worked but very loud. "

"The Internet was fine; it was clean except for the wash clothes (they had stains on them every time). If you like quiet, this hotel isn't for you because you can hear everything going on outside. It's older but not a bad stay for a quick turnaround. The staff was friendly as well. Again, not a place for the spectacular or to be pampered but good for the price. "

"Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Room was dirty, bathroom floors clumps of dust in corners. Shower condition was rusted out near base of floor. Fold out couch was broken. Claimed 'heated pool' was anything but heated. Hot tub jets were out of control as no guarding was on it so water splashed everywhere. Not really enjoyable. "
