「I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. 「The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. 「Even though they were starting renovations, the facilities were well maintained. The staff was excellent and gave out abundant water to keep everyone hydrated during the very hot time of the year. I would stay again.」
