「The room was comfortable and clean, two of my highest priorities! The staff was exceptional throughout all departments. Bell Service, registration, casino floor staff, restaurant staff, poolside staff, etc. All excellent. I even made a formal COMPLIMENT to the casino manager as all the employees were helpful and many went beyond and above. The amenities are awesome. Never need to leave the resort! This was my 2nd trip and there will be many more.」

「If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms.」

「This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop.
Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches.
Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster. 」
