「Advertised as a boutique hotel with continental breakfast available - it’s NOT in our experience. No breakfast available. Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask! Decor is tired, carpets stained, windows can’t be opened, air con not working ( control not fixed properly to the wall), light switch in upper hall of the coach house not working, resulting in light needing to be left on all night. Rooms in coach house...

「Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes.」

「Booked through Expedia obviously. The hotel took the portion that was supposed to be taken from Expedia taken from my credit card used for incidentals at check in. Still trying to get ahold of element hotel to get my money back. So basically paid for hotel twice.」

「The most basic of breakfasts, and the fitness center is barely able to be called such. The staff howeverbare fantastic and the rooms are clean. Its good for the price but know what you are getting.」
