"The room is a nice suite and staff were very pleasant. Entrance to the shower is awkward due to a high sided tub and it’s sharply sloping rear. The hotel is in Greektown and close to the Q Line. Breakfast is reasonably priced. There is a refrigerator in the room but it would have been more comfortable if there had been a a microwave and even better a kitchenette for which there is more than enough space. The K Cup coffee maker offered in the room produces mediocre brew so a Nespresso machine would be a desirable upgrade."

"The only good thing about this hotel is the Bartender, Theresa. The front desk staff was rude. The property is run down and old. The room was filthy, the bathroom had visible mold. The linen on the bed was dirty, I had to call the front desk for new linen, and the employee told me that she didnt know if the room had been cleaned or not. I paid close to $300 for a stay that was abysmal. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Advertised as a boutique hotel with continental breakfast available - it’s NOT in our experience. No breakfast available. Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask! Decor is tired, carpets stained, windows can’t be opened, air con not working ( control not fixed properly to the wall), light switch in upper hall of the coach house not working, resulting in light needing to be left on all night. Rooms in coach house bear little resemblance to what is shown on line at booking and are above the garbage storage. It overlooks dumpsters from adjacent property. So disappointed - this was a lot of money and should have been a treat . Finally the quilt in the smaller room in the coach house is soiled- seems to be spattered with somebody else’s blood and then covered over with bedding. To be honest I think you need to refund me and will be contacting Expedia on my return to the UK."
