"We like the location of the hotel, plentiful parking, checking in was easy. Room was spacious, bedding was nice and comfortable. Maintenance was incapable of solving the smallest issues: dresser draws couldn’t be closed. Unresolved for 3 days!"

"Reagan was very nice & freindly. She called me to let me know i has accidentialy made 2 reservations, prior ot my checking in. She cancelled the reservation before i got there, and although I ended up being double charged, they immediatley refunded my monies, with no issues. She also was able to accomodate later check out which worked well. CON: the nght shift didnt set up breakfast in the morning, so my guest & I had to order out. Other than that no real issues, and Id stay again"

"First and foremost upon arrival you absolutely have no idea how to get into the property because there's only one entrance, second during this Covid 19 fiasco they supposedly sanitized the the unit to hospital standards which I totally doubt, third was the heat issue lucky I didn't have a child or someone elderly, I spent about 4 hours asking if the heat could be turned on or turned up, cause upon getting into the unit all the windows were left opened as a part of their sanitation method, fourth...
