"The hotel is an older hotel which was perfect however it was my own fault for booking a plain room; no antique curtains or older beds. It was a very very boring room. Hotel was walking distance to Japantown but that’s all. It’s either bus or uber to all locations. The breakfast was very nice. The coffee in the lobby and cookies are a nice touch! When you first walk into the hotel you get a very bad smell but you get used to it. The rest of the hotel does not smell that way. The bartender is super friendly. All other staff are pleasant. Nice stay for the weekend. If you want to sleep don’t stay anywhere facing the street. It’s very noisy at night "

"Our stay was great! Our room was clean, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating which truly made our entire stay. We appreciated that so so much. They gave us recs of things to do/where to eat and were so helpful when we needed to extend our room stay an extra night. Close to many things we did in the city and felt safe since we needed our key cards to get into the lobby! Would not mind staying here again!"

"The staff was really nice, but the room wasn’t the best. The closet had a really weird smell that got on our clothes and some of the towels were not clean. The location was good, next to city hall but also to some sketchy neighborhoods."
