You stay at this hotel for the location has a great coffee shop on the corner, which I love beautiful pastries that I would have every morning. It’s set up for European so the bedrooms are very tiny and small but they’re very clean and it’s a great location staff is very nice.

Parking not useful, loading zone is a barebones 10ft of white curb, we went to hospital parking structure 0.5 to 1 mile away and guard there told us we could not park there at all. Street parking w lota of urban restrictions. Don’t come here w a car. I got up at 4 am when I heard garbage trucks to see if my car was getting towed. Not good coffee situation

The staff and owner really care , and the staff who assisted me are very helpful and kind . The rooms are very clean . The hotel is a great value for the area and San Francisco in general. close to other neighborhoods too . You get the amenities of home, and a quiet space for a fraction of what is asked elsewhere in SF. the Front desk staff and housekeeping set a high bar for other hotels .

Pros: great location, friendly accommodating staff. Cons: small, smelly, run-down rooms and hallways with poor ventilation; lack of basic room amenities, e.g. outlets for charging devices, black out curtains, etc.; thin walls - we could hear people opening and closing the doors, going up and down the stairs.

Loved the hotel vibe. Amazing artwork everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small rooms, but quaint. Great neighborhood with lots of good food and lovely houses/architecture. Parking is a challenge, but not so bad once you get used to the area and street rules. Highly recommended.
