"When I’m in Palm Desert, this is where I go. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. It’s a cute boutique hotel with an amazing restaurant. Pillow and sheets are high end. Bath amenities are from Diptique. I mean, C’mon! Parking is so easy. And Indian Wells is quiet. Downside, the pool had some insects. I guess it’s because it’s almost summer. The Jacuzzi had strong bubble and hot hot. You’ll love it here "

"Entire hotel needs complete overhaul. Furniture worn out and in bad shape, sink in kitchenette did not work, bathroom door was so badly damaged it didn’t close properly and entire bottom was peeling off. In the four nights we stayed, we never once received housekeeping even when out of the room for over 11 hours. "

"Wow! I was a little skeptical at first when I was driving up, but when I checked in with Victoria, she was very helpful. She was very courteous and also recommended a couple restaurants that I went to. When I open my my hotel room. I was not expecting what I saw. It was huge very clean. Had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. I definitely will be back. Great job deep Canyon."

"Bathroom had low pressure had to flush multiple times to flush all the way, air conditioner was so noisy. Condensation was dripping by vent near front door. "

"It was hot when we traveled so the room a/c struggled at times. The paper products where not high quality in the room. However the location and amenities are great and the room was clean and accommodating for my stay"
