The staff was so super nice. We got I believe the biggest suite at a really amazing price. It was basically a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. We loved our experience and would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the area again.

It's a cute quiet little place to stay. Everything is as it should be and at a good price. And it matches the Palm desert aesthetic perfectly.

The location is great, very close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. My only complaint was the WiFi connection was not good and no end tables in the room. Also, the air conditioning was okay, but needs to be upgraded. It was hard to keep the room at a comfortable level.

The vibe was pretty good. Not near enough chairs if place is full. Not even close. And very uncomfortable to lounge in. My room was not ready at check-in and took an hour. Then it wasn’t swept or mopped. Room was livable for 2 nights but basically dirty. Staff was real nice and location is awesome. Guests were easygoing and everyone got along.

When we arrived, they had us booked into the wrong room type, it took about 15 minutes of waiting in the pool area for the staff to find us a room that we paid for. Once we were settled, we went for dinner. When we returned, the staff had left for the night, it was only once we were in our room that we discovered we had no towels to shower with and the staff had not provided us with the WiFi password. There was no one to contact about these items. It was frustrating to have no one on site and no one answering the phones.

The stay was very enjoyable and the staff are very accommodating. I think the general consensus was good vibes. This area of Palm Desert is the somewhat nicer downtown, though with slightly less character. Otherwise the food and people were all as enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a charming eclectic no frills motel. It is conveniently located with pool and hot tub. Most communication is through text. The staff are extremely nice and responsive! Bed and shower were great. Not a luxury spot but great value
