Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything."

"Hotel is in a good location in relation to Universal Studios. The hotel is clean, but could use some updating. Our room we booked was still not ready by the time we checked in which was close to 4pm. Staff also does not seem to answer their telephone when I attempted to call them using my cell phone and also when I tried to call the front desk with the room telephone."
