"I loved the hotel…very nice!! The $37/night for parking was out of control!! No free breakfast or anything but a couple free drinks at the bar would have been great if we drank. Staff was very kind and helpful!!"

"The toilet kepts getting clogged. The website says there is a kitchen. There is no microwave and the fridge barely works. We asked for clean towels because we stayed 2 nights and we had to wait a few hours. Then it said they had breakfast on the website but when we checked in it said no restaurant/closed. We got really upset and the next day I see they updated Expedia that there was no breakfast. Then the lady wanted to charge us for the parking space but it was full. She even said she couldn't guarantee a parking space and we'd have to park in the street if there was no parking. Yet she was ready to take our$40..... ill never stay here."

"Our experience was just okay. We were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night. Unfortunately, our room was located directly across from the ice machine, which was making noise throughout the day and night. I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue with the machine, and while maintenance was sent to check it, the noise continued. No one offered to move us to a different room. When I mentioned the issue again during checkout, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nor was any gesture offered, such as complimentary parking. The staff was not particularly helpful or welcoming. Overall, they seemed unhappy, and it showed in their interactions with guests. The hotel is fine for a one-night stay, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it for a longer visit."
