「We had to check out after the first night the AC does not keep the room cool at all. There’s a serious problems that they say they have done everything to contain. They moved us 2times and wanted to move us for the 3rd time. I told them NO and that we were leaving. Also had no idea that we are not allowed to have visitors while staying here. If you have visitors they will kick you out! No where on Expedia did they warn me of this. I rented this hotel for a professional conference that I had...

「All was nice and clean. The room especially pretty. If there is an outdoor dinner party you can hear it and they can see you on the balcony. The view is incredible. There is a lovely Hero’s Memorial that is peaceful and worth looking at and sitting to enjoy the view. 」

「This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices.」
