"This place was beautiful and elegant. I loved the retro lamps and chairs in the room and patio! The whole pool area and restaurant were equally gorgeous! All service and food were top notch! Took their trolley to universal and that was great. Staff were all amazing and wonderful, we will definately be back!!"

"This place looks entirely unrecognizable from the photos. The building is sketchy and the room was literally falling apart. The bathroom had a bottle opener mounted to the counter that was falling off the wall. The rooms have SHARED balconies that connect multiple rooms and anyone can just look into your room or try to open your door. The overall cleanliness was poor. The room and bed were uncomfortable. Would not stay here again and definitely feel that I over paid for the quality received. Staff were all nice though. "

"Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and had plenty of lighting in the room. The shower water pressure was excellent! I liked that there was a tub mat provided. I love bathrooms where the sink and mirror are outside of the toilet and shower area. So it was nice to be able to do our hair and makeup while others took showers. The location seems sketchy but it’s a pretty close drive to plenty of restaurants and the freeway. There was plenty of parking but the parking lot was extremely extremely tight. All spaces are pretty much compact car spaces. I tried parking in the gated area area but there are only 10 spaces or so. "

"I was surprised to not see a front desk but a person on a video screen that took all the information and helped check us in and answer any questions I had. The place was clean and just what I wanted, clean, less expensive and close to restaurants and a grocery store. I’d stay there again if I was going to a park or show near by."
