「Recently refurbished, this property is a pretty good value. I'm sure that, because of the great value, the quality of guests is erratic. It seemed there were long-time customers that kind of "took over" the parking lot and there were quite a few people hanging around that seemed out of place. The parking lot nearest my room seemed to be some kind of "hang out" spot for folks doing business out of their cars. Not really good from either a security or comfort standpoint.」

Also, they have been in remodel mode, and the room could have been cleaned better after work was completed. Drywall dust all over in the bathroom. Drywall mud on the wall paper not cleaned off.
