「Check in was so easy. My mom was tired from the drive and she got to sit down while I checked in for us, even though the room was in her name. I had her ID and the front desk associate could see her, but they didn't make her stand up and wait.The breakfast was amazing. There were so many options. I really liked the egg souffle. It was microwaved, but delicious. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. It was a great experience.」

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
