Friendly staff- outstanding food !!

The grand king cottage was spacious and very comfortable. The food was of exceptional quality - the service team was superb- one waitstaff member Christine was so lovely - and the food was amazing that we decided to cancel outside dinner reservations and had our dinner at Innes every night of our stay!

Relaxing stay in the Catskills

Gorgeous relaxing property. Staff was friendly and attentive - like an adult summer camp with an adults only pool. Service in the restaurant could be improved.

The best part about the hotel was the farm house. We stayed at a cabin assuming there won’t be much space for us to hang out.. but we found the farmhouse ground floor was completely open to the guests. It has game room, living room, bar, kitchen.. you name it. The hotel is designed beautifully ( it is modern yet country:). It is a perfect get away place and I will definitely go back.

Inness is a gem

We actually stayed there out of convenience at the end of a work trip because my brother lives very close. We didn't get to experience most of what the property has to offer but cannot wait to go back! This place is an absolute GEM. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH.

Upstate Beauty

Beautiful property and the cabins were charming and well maintained. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great. Everyone working was very kind. But It being the days between Christmas and NYE, the staff was overwhelmed. This was reflected in the service level and crowding at the restaurant & spa and lack of parking. I would stay here again because it is gorgeous. I would just pick a time that was less popular.

Rooms were excellent, however I don't go on a Monday or Tuesday night as they only have pizza and pasta in the restaurant. Breakfast was limited to only cold items which I was not happy about. Property was beautiful
