「Very nice unique setup」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Hotel very small and boutiquey which was nice, comfy sun loungers. Rooms always clean, and nice soaps etc. The pool is very shaded. Breakfast was poor for 5 stars, not the best quality or selection. Beach deck was closed for our whole stay despite staff always saying it’d be open tomorrow. Staff spoke no English which I know is a me problem and not a them problem but all other areas of Italy has good English so I guess I expected more.
