The grounds were beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help you, but our room was freezing cold the entire time. We were told that it was because the resort had switched from heating to cooling, which I get, but that didn't keep me warm at night while my wife and I huddled under 2 blankets

Eu gostei bastante do hotel, tudo muito bonito, o local é demais. O mar é bonito, tem umas partes com alga mas nada demais. Existem também outras praias mais bonitas, mas a do hotel é ótima. Os guarda sóis do hotel são muito bons, fica bem a beirada da praia. O atendimento também é excelente. Minha única insatisfação é com os valores cobrados pelo restaurante do hotel, até porque a comida não tem nada demais, tem muitos restaurantes a cidade melhores inclusive.

É um excelente hotel. Muito bem cuidado, o jardim é lindo, tem uma boa praia. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos. Comida EXCELENTE. Os quartos são espaçosos a cama super confortável. É um hotel especialmente preparado p receber famílias, tem atividades p crianças. Viagem em casal Também é muito bom, por todas as comodidades. O atendimento na piscina e praia é bem caro. É um hotel caro, mas vale o conforto. Sua localização na Costa da Esmeralda é muito boa. Tem parcerias com outros hotéis e restaurantes que auxiliam para fazer uma reserva ou, às vezes, até algum desconto.

Paradiso di lusso

Hotel e location mozzafiato, vacanza perfetta per trovare relax. Unica nota dolente i prezzi dei ristoranti, davvero eccessivi. Soprattutto ritengo sia esagerata e sbagliata la formula del buffet al ristorante in spiaggia che costa prezzo fisso 100€ a persona..infatti rimaneva mezzo vuoto (magari a pausa pranzo dalla spiaggia uno non si abbuffa prendendo primo secondo contorno ecc quindi il prezzo dovrebbe essere assolutamente più basso e magari non fisso e il ristorante sarebbe sicuramente più affollato..e così il bar della piscina che è alla carte non avrebbe la coda d’attesa con i pochi tavoli che ha..). Per il resto mare bellissimo e panorama mozzafiato
