「The rooms were a bit dusty and the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner」

「We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror」

「I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!」

「The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. 「This home was exactly as the pictures and more. It was beautiful and perfect size for my family. The pool was also perfect when we didn’t want to be in the crowds anymore at the resorts. Wonder vacation homes were amazing hosts and took great care of all of our questions 」
