"Beautiful hotel - inside and outside. We were treated wonderfully well and all the staff were so welcoming and engaged with our young daughter. We loved the little Easter treats they gave her. The breakfast is truly something else and needs to be seen to be believed. Such a huge choice of foods which were presented attractively. Excellent room - really spacious and loved the full sized toiletries in the bathroom. A truly special place that we will definitely be staying at again."

"This hotel was wonderful. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and so nice. The hotel and the room are beautiful and in a great central location. They are kid-friendly and have the room prepared for our daughter. She felt like the hotel was all about her with cookies, chocolate milk, a cute owl stuffy and her own bath accessories. Room service was also excellent. This is one of, if not the nicest, hotels we have experienced in all of our travels. "

"Fantastic position next to trams and loads of fab restaurants. Drinks on level 6 of dept store next door were a highlight. Breakfast very lush and amazing - definitely add it to your booking. Having the best washer/dryer in the room was brilliant after weeks of travelling. Comfy bed and lovely amenities. Will be back!!! "
