「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. What stood out besides the obvious backdrop of the stunning sea and gorgeous private beach was hands down the entire staff. 「Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!」

「Nice breakfast view , nice lounge bar , no complimentary bottle water in room . the spa is small and old ,guests using has to pay eur30 ,concierge attending at 4:00pm actually came at 5:00pm 」
