Serangan 4 Stars Hotels

The exterior decor, the restaurants are conducive to a totally relaxed vacation. The staff, without exception, made our stay such a memorable one. The food was outstanding, the setting beautiful. We will definitely return to this gem.

Great location the staff was amazing plus a great value

We had a lovely stay at the Vira Hotel. It was in a convenient location with lovely staff and service.

Great location and pool area. Food for breakfast and other meals from restaurant were amazing

Very maintained property with Excellent staff. Convenient location with walking access. The loved the Roost and the infinity pool on the 6th floor. Its location is ideal because its sits at the entrance to the Nusa Dua strip.

Stayed in the magnolia suites. Two suites connected with living room between them. The bedroom with king size bed had enough space for 2 adults but the was bathroom was cramped. The bedroom with twin beds was too small for 2 adults, maybe good size for children or teenagers. Also bathroom was tight. The living room had decent space to make it comfortable. Overall very clean and nice hotel in the popular neighborhood.

A new, modern hotel in Sanur. Not on the beach, maybe two blocks away, but almost half the cost. There's a nice pool and a decent spa. Staff is courteous, all speak English well. Rooms are beautiful, modern, comfortable, with strong WiFi and great air conditioning. The Bali Bakery (and restaurant) is located in this hotel. It's a great place to meet and work, with strong WiFi and very well air-conditioned. Fairly close to the airport. If you stay more than two nights, the hotel offers a...

This was lovely after a long flight. Now we’re on to Ubud

I can't recommend the Puri Santrian enough. This hotel was the main ingredient for the mostly relaxing vacation I've ever had. The check-in was flawless. My room was exceptional. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff was always there when you needed them but were not overly intrusive. The whole experience was geared to your comfort and convenience. Located directly on the beach, you have endless opportunities to enjoy all types of activities. Dining options at the hotel were exceptional....

Enjoyed my 1 week stay at this hotel. I would stay here again.

Wonderful staff, comfortable, clean rooms and lovely decor. Very quiet inside the rooms with excellent wifi. Gym is great with treadmill, weight bench, a couple weight machines and dumbbells. Water and towels provided in the gym. Towels provided for pool use. Did not participate in the buffet breakfast but the one meal I ate in the restaurant was very good. There's a pretty big mall within close proximity as well. Absolutely would return.

This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I'm not saying don't do it if you have a problem with hotel pick-up, I'm saying be aware of what you are...

The staff was incredible polite and nice to the guests! They were always smiling and greeting everyone and ready to help at anytime. The hotel looks much better then on the pictures. The rooftop pool is just amazing! The room was big enough for two and with a nice view. The bad and the floor were very clean. The breakfast was very delicious and the offer is big, so there is something for everyone. All in one, we enjoyed very much our stay at the Artotel in Sanur and would booked again. Thank you...

Lovely little place convenient to the airport (~20 mins) and next to the beach. Smaller than I expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Shower could have been hotter, but that's minor. They brought tea and black rice pudding to my room when I arrived, and were very accommodating in letting me hang out by the pool and in the restaurant between checkout and my evening flight, and helped me get a cab to the airport when the one I'd arranged didn't show up. The included...

excelent

This hotel was perfect if you book the private pool villa which is highly recommended for couples. Our room was perfect kinda in the back so it was quite, but still close to the beach and to the Lippo mall walking distance. We went just for a vacation to check it out and I would say book this hotel for first time travelers to this country all of our activities where included with hotel pick up so it worked out better in our favor with this hotel location. I enjoyed it so much I will be coming...

Room was extremely clean when I arrived. The staff was extremely helpful at all times. The restaurant Henry’s was amazing especially if you don’t feel like leaving. Well worth it.

Before I left I read travel reviews and they were very helpful. My turn. This hotel is great for a beach holiday. Darn hotel was too nice, we never left. We were upgraded to a bungalow. The room was much nicer but it was at the front of the hotel and the street noise was loud. Bungalows are in buildings with 4 up and 4 down. Corner room with large lanai. The regular deluxe doubles are in an apartment style building shoved behind some bungalows. Some are pretty dark. Do yourself a favor and get a...
