"We stayed in a family room by the pool. It was awesome. Great property. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Pool was warm. Hot tub could be hotter. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Pool was very nice, and while the resort does overall seems family friendly, the pool is overall somewhat small and includes a swim up bar...so kids jumping, thrashing, splashing around isn't necessarily compatible. I did feel like I had to police my kids quite a bit to prevent them splashing people...

"Lovely hot springs pools - 4 to choose from and very quiet. We stayed in a spacious family room and we were able to check-in early and check-out late. Nice breakfast and reliable wi-if. Needed a taxi / uber to get to la fortuna."
