「Excellent service, beautiful views, wonderful food and plenty of activities to keep you busy for days. The staff make this place exceptional. Extremely kid friendly. We were there in high season and it never felt overcrowded. The views though. Breathtaking. Worth every penny!!! 」

Surrounded by tropical jungles, views of the mountains and the valley below, it was by far the best place to stay for our trip to La Fortuna. And it is only a 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. 「Unbelievable resort」

「Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures. 」

「Absolutely stunning place. As a photographer, it was hard to get through my head that a place like this can exist, with so much wildlife and scenery, without being staged. It was real and natural. Crossing the field to the restaurant, I was focused on a Parakeet up in the tree, then two Scarlet Macaws flew overhead and a Ringed Kingfisher showed up with a fish, just outside of the restaurant’s balcony! 「Our room was amazing, perfect view of the entire volcano even from my bed. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Evelyn, Jose and Fransisco treated us like royalty. Free breakfast was incredible, poolside food and Emperador restaurant was pretty good. Volcano restaurant had great ambience but food was subpar. Overall was a great value for a 5 star hotel.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive.
