「We chose this downtown location because it was close to the YUM Center, where our daughter's graduation was being held (walking distance). Hotel parking was very expensive; suggest the parking garage on 3rd Street behind the hotel instead, much cheaper. The room was nice and the breakfast was fine. Appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee. The check in staff was very nice. The problem with this hotel is what seems to be a lack of security; there are many homeless people in the area around...

「Great place overall, just disappointed with the check-in process. It took a very long time, and multiple guests in other lines were checked in or helped with their issues before I was ever assisted. Once checked in everything was great, but the arrival experience definitely needs improvement.」
