"An overall rating of 4.2. Very clean except for the windows! Exiting the hotel was confusing. Gate asked for hotel key card which we had turned in – like everyone else. Walked in to learn we just had to push the HELP button and they would let us out. Would’ve been nice to know!"

"Most friendly service I have received! The staff were very kind and helpful. They even gave me a room with a very nice view of the pool. I feel a lot of times booking third party your room selection is limited but not with this hotel. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. There were several restaurants around within walking distance. The pool area was very nice and clean with a food and drink stand. The property was very serene with beautiful scenery in the back by the pool. The plane noise wasn't even that bad. I used the shuttle to get to the airport which is 24/7 on the half hour and it was so organized. I would highly recommend this hotel. 5/5!"

"Comparable to a motel with 4-5 times the cost. Shower was less than 2 feet wide, carpet was stained and coming up, counch in room was stained. And directional signage would lead you to nowhere. "
