"Beautifully restored hotel, large rooms with sitting area. Be aware there is NO staff. We were there two days and didn’t see another person. Also, breakfast was NOT provided as advertised. There was a sign at the desk indicating breakfast served daily but was not. Also, Sunday and Monday all the shops/restaurants are closed. It is a cute walkable town however."

"Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."

"It is an amazing property for the perfect vacation. Everything in the house is in excellent condition, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach and there are many options for dinning and shopping close by, but the house is in a very quiet and private area. The communication with the host is excellent and he is extremely helpful with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this property for the perfect vacation. "

"Absolutely gorgeous property! The location was fantastic. Exactly as described. The house is located directly in front of the pool and the beach was a ten minute walk away. Easy to get to, the instructions were clear and communication was easy and very quick to respond. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Absolutely gorgeous! "
