Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Opened door to cigarette smell and had two in our party with asthma. Our wrist bands were not in the unit when we arrived and after repeated follow up they were finally provided the next day after 11 am. We missed being able to make use of the amenities until then. Beds were uncomfortable. Bugs and roaches in the master area. Outside was nice with a small green area behind us but I noticed a small rv in the back that people were staying in. Upon departure we placed golf cart keys in lockbox on golf cart. We were charged because they could not find the golf cart keys. I tried a few times to reach out and they said if found we would be refunded. It's been a week and no response. Very disappointed with our stay. Wish I could get reimbursed for at least half my stay.
