「This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.」

「Stayed for 2 nights.
Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking.
Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance.
Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner.
Highly recommend!」

「Complimentary toiletries was a used bottle of shampoo and conditioner. No body wash. Hand soap was only in one bathroom, no blankets downstairs to make it more comfortable to watch t.v. ants in the downstairs bathroom. Everything else was fine.」

「This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!」
