「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the...

「Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner).」

「We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!」

「Property was a great location and right across the street from a beach. We had everything we needed for the beach, even a cooler for our other outings. It was just a little bit confusing when we got to the property. We had no clue of where to go because parking directions weren’t as clear as expected. Once we figured everything out, all was good.」

「Great value with this property. Plenty of room for four, good sized kitchen with all the needed appliances, fantastic outdoor eating space with a heat view of the beach park right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.」
